What does this course look like?

The course is organized into three major sections:
Each section also includes an entire lesson on "IRL" (in real life) examples of how the information in that section can be applied in the real world. We've tried to give examples from loads of areas of life (from companies and non-profits to schools and athletics). Each lesson is designed to be skimmable and viewed on your phone (although it's probably better on your computer). Each page has:

Blunder Mifflin Company A regional paper company in a declining industry saddled by a bloated office staff. Struggling with profitability and customer service, possibly stemming from morale among the workforce. |
Sharpe First Aid Squad A volunteer first aid squad in Sharpe, New Jersey. Struggling with petty, interpersonal politics and with attracting volunteers, much of the call volume is covered by the same 10-12 people (in a town of 10,000). |
